About Us

Osisko Metals Incorporated is a Canadian exploration and development company creating value in the base metal space with a focus on zinc mineral assets. The Company controls Canada’s two premier zinc mining camps. The Company’s key properties are: 1) the Pine Point Mining Camp (“PPMC”), located in the Northwest Territories, for which the current PEA has indicated an after tax NPV of $500M and IRR of 29.6%. The proposed mine, if it entered into production, would be the 4th largest in the Americas and the 9th in the world producing clean, high grade zinc and lead concentrates. The Project is host to a Mineral Resource of 12.9Mt of Indicated Mineral Resources grading 6.29% ZnEq and 37.6Mt of Inferred Mineral Resources grading 6.80% ZnEq. The PPMC is located on the south shore of Great Slave Lake in the Northwest Territories, near infrastructure and paved highway access and with 100 kilometres of viable haulage roads already in place. 2) The Bathurst Mining Camp (“BMC”), located in northern New Brunswick, has Indicated Mineral Resources of 1.96 Mt grading 5.77% zinc, 2.38% lead, 0.22% copper and 68.9g/t silver (9.00% ZnEq) and Inferred Mineral Resources of 3.85 Mt grading 5.34% zinc, 1.49% lead, 0.32% copper and 47.7 g/t silver (7.96% ZnEq) in the Key Anacon and Gilmour South deposits. Management

Jeff Hussey | President & COO

Mr. Hussey, PGeo. has 32 years of professional experience in the mining industry. He has worked in both open pit and underground mine operations at various stages of mine life, from start-up to mine closure, and more recently, working in mineral exploration and development projects. He spent nineteen years with Noranda/Falconbridge. His mine operation experience includes work at the Brunswick No. 12 mine, Gaspé Copper mines, the Antamina mine start-up in Peru, as well as the Raglan mine in Northern Quebec. As Senior Scientist with the Mining Technology Group at the Noranda Technology Center in 2002, he enhanced his network into the metallurgical research and mining innovation fields. As a consultant since 2007, Jeff Hussey and Associates Inc. has helped junior mine development companies by offering exploration, mining and geo-metallurgical support services. These include Champion Iron Mines, Focus Graphite, Puma Exploration and Starcore International in Mexico.

While at Champion Iron Mines, he participated in building significant high quality iron ore resources, completing feasibility studies and participating in raising more than $70 million for corporate development. While working with Focus Graphite, development responsibilities included a feasibility study and associated work with community stakeholders and governments. Mr. Hussey has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of New Brunswick.

Anthony Glavac | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Anthony Glavac has over 17 years of experience in financial reporting, including over 12 years in the mining industry. Since August 2017, Mr. Glavac has served as Vice-President, Corporate Controller for Falco Resources Ltd. and previously served as Director, Financial Reporting and Internal Controls at Dynacor Gold Mines and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Alderon Iron Ore Corp. Prior to joining Alderon, Mr. Glavac spent 10 years at KPMG, working with both public and private companies, providing audit, taxation, strategic advisory and public offering services. Mr. Glavac is also involved with other public companies in the mining industry.

Lili Mance | Corporate Secretary

Lili Mance is currently Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Osisko Mining and has 30 years’ experience in the financial, wealth management and resource industries serving in a legal, compliance and corporate secretarial capacity. Ms. Mance spent 18 years with the Dundee group of companies in various legal and compliance roles, most recently as Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Dundee Corporation and its various public and private subsidiaries. Before joining Dundee, Ms. Mancespent over 10 years as a corporate, securities and tax clerk with two top tier Toronto law firms. Ms. Mance is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and has been a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada since 2004.

Robin Adair | Vice President Exploration

Mr. Adair is a Professional Geologist with over thirty-three years of experience in base metals exploration and development including project acquisition, exploration and discoveries, development and production. Mr. Adair spent the majority of his career working for Noranda/Falconbridge, holding several senior positions including Senior Manager, Zinc Exploration. During this time, he spent 11 years in the Bathurst camp where he is credited with a number of significant discoveries leading to production. In later years, Mr. Adair worked in base metal exploration throughout Quebec and Canada as well as internationally. He was also a key member of the team that discovered and developed the Bracemac-McLead mine in the Matagami camp in Quebec. His technical experience encompasses resource estimation, predictive metallurgical studies, environmental impact assessments, NI 43-101 reporting, negotiation of joint-venture agreements, corporate development and community relations. Mr. Adair received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Alberta and is a Registered Professional Geologist and Qualified Person. He is currently an Honorary Research Associate at the University of New Brunswick and works with the mineral deposits group.

Killian Charles | Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Charles was previously Manager of Corporate Development at Integra Gold Corp, an advanced stage gold development company, up until its acquisition by Eldorado Gold in July of 2017.

Prior to that, he worked as a mining analyst at Industrial Alliance Securities and Laurentian Bank Securities, covering small and mid-cap exploration and production companies. Mr. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science, with a Major in Earth and Planetary Sciences from McGill University.

Robert Wares | Chairman of the Board and CEO

Mr. Wares is a professional geologist with over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and development. He was responsible for the discovery of the Canadian Malartic bulk tonnage gold mine, which was subsequently developed by Osisko Mining Inc. into one of Canada's largest gold producers. Among other awards, Mr. Wares was a co-winner of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada's "Prospector of the Year Award" for 2007, and was named, together with John Burzynski and Sean Roosen as "Mining Men of the Year" for 2009 by the Northern Miner. Mr. Wares  sits on the Board of Directors of Brunswick Exploration Inc. Mr. Wares has a Bachelor of Science and an Honorary Doctorate in Earth Sciences from McGill University.

Cathy Singer | Independent Director

Ms.Singer has over 30 years of business and securities law experience. She iscurrently a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, where she haspracticed for the past 18 years and where she has held various roles inmanagement from time to time. Prior to Norton Rose, Ms. Singer was a partner atFasken’s and, during that period, spent two years at the Ontario SecuritiesCommission on secondment as its General Counsel. Ms. Singer’s practice andexperience is broad-based, including mergers and acquisitions, corporatefinance, related party transactions and corporate governance matters as atrusted advisor to her clients in the mining, industrial and investment fundsectors. Ms. Singer was appointed as a part-time Commissioner of the OntarioSecurities Commission in June 2020.

Amy Satov | Independent Director

Ms. Satov, B.A., LL.B., M.B.A.,is General Counsel, Balcan Plastics Inc. since March 2021, formerly SeniorLegal Counsel of Nuvei Technologies Corp. from April 2020 to March 2021. Ms.Satov currently serves as a director and chair of the corporate governancecommittee of Osisko Mining Inc., as a director and chair of the compensationcommittee of O3 Mining Inc., and director and chair of the corporate governanceand compensation committee of Brunswick Exploration Inc. Formerly, Ms. Satovserved as Chief Executive Officer of BL Solutions Inc., a national lightingdistributor, from November 2019 to March 2020, a director and chair of theaudit committee of Cannara Biotech Inc. up to January 2020, and Chief ExecutiveOfficer of Litron Distributors Ltd. up to March 2019. Prior to 2012, Ms. Satovwas the Executive Vice President of Legal, Compliance and Distribution andCorporate Secretary of DundeeWealth Inc., a wealth management company with $80billion of assets under management that was acquired by The Bank of Nova Scotiain 2011. Ms. Satov oversaw all legal and compliance matters, was activelyinvolved in DundeeWealth's expansion into Europe and the U.S. and sat onvarious subsidiary boards. Ms. Satov advised on all M&A activities as wellas securities, regulatory and other corporate commercial matters.



Luc Lessard | Independent Director

Luc Lessard is a mining engineer with more than 25 years of experience designing, building and operating mines. He is currently President and CEO and Director of Falco Resources and is Chief Operating Officer of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of the Canadian Malartic Partnership (owned jointly by Agnico Eagle and Yamana), and prior to that was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction for Osisko Mining Corporation where he was responsible for the design, construction and commissioning of the world class Canadian Malartic gold mine. During his career, Mr. Lessard has worked on 11 open pit and underground mine builds and prior to Osisko, Mr. Lessard was Vice President of Engineering and Construction for IAMGOLD and General Manager, Projects for Cambior Inc. Mr. Lessard sits on the Board of Directors of Highland Copper Company Inc. and Nighthawk Gold Corp.

Don Siemens | Independent Director

Mr. Siemens brings over 40 years of financial experience to the Board as a Chartered Professional Accountant, including eight years in public practice as a partner with major accounting firms, eight years in senior executive positions in the industry and 25 years as a self-employed financial services executive. Mr. Siemens has been an independent financial advisor, specializing in corporate finance, cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisitions since 1989. He currently serves as a Director and Audit Committee Chair for Atlantic Gold Corporation, Skeena Resources Limited, and Hansa Resources Limited. Previously, Mr. Siemens was Partner-in-Charge of Thorne Ernst & Whinney's (now KPMG) Financial Advisory Services group. Mr. Siemens obtained a B.A. from the University of British Columbia followed by a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant) designation.
